LũpḁGangGang release punky single ‘Candy’

Brussels-based indie quartet LũpḁGangGang have been named one of De Morgen's "acts to watch out for in 2023" and are set to release their debut album, 'Dopamine Overdose', on March 17th via Sdban Ultra. The band, made up of Anton, Miel, Lena, and Rob, met at a summer jam session while still in school and have been making waves in the Brussels music scene over the last few years.

After the first single 'Out The Light', they will release 'Candy' this Friday. The song is a raw and direct track about a relationship gone astray and two lovers who refuse to listen to each other. The song combines infectious hand claps with a punk attitude, making it a standout track on the album and not what you would expect from them after hearing their previous work. It draws inspiration from acts like Black Country, New Road and Black Midi.

LũpḁGangGang have so far released two EPs to critical acclaim and have been performing on various Belgian stages for the past three years, including Ancienne Belgique, Flagey, Gent Jazz, and Handelsbeurs. With their debut album on the horizon, LũpḁGangGang is poised to make a big impact on the independent music scene.
