Brussels-based indie quartet LũpḁGangGang have been named one of De Morgen's "acts to watch out for in 2023" and are set to release their debut album, 'Dopamine Overdose', on March 17th via Sdban Ultra. The band, made up of Anton, Miel, Lena, and Rob, met at a summer jam session while still in school and have been making waves in the Brussels music scene over the last few years. The album showcases the quartet's genre-defying versatility and unique sound.
The album's third and final single, "Time Faded," is a powerful showcase of the band's artistic abilities and tackles the challenge of finishing one's creative work. The track demonstrates LũpḁGangGang's ability to seamlessly blend jazz, funk, and other styles into their own signature sound.
LũpḁGangGang have so far released two EPs to critical acclaim and have been performing on various Belgian stages for the past three years, including Ancienne Belgique, Flagey, Gent Jazz, and Handelsbeurs. With their debut album on the horizon, LũpḁGangGang is poised to make a big impact on the independent music scene.
