Dishwasher_ unveil first track from upcoming album

After recently being featured on "Lefto Presents Jazz Cats volume 2", Ghent-based trio, Dishwasher_, is set to release their self-titled debut album in April 2023 via Sdban Ultra. The album promises to be a unique and diverse collection of groove-driven cuts, showcasing the band's experimentation with various genres to create a contemporary sound that is truly their own.
 
The first single from the album, 'Blue Bridge', is a perfect example of this. Inspired by New Order's "Blue Monday," the track takes a deconstructed house beat and dry, punchy bass patterns and transforms them into a funky jazz-dance track. The single is packed with layers of modified saxophone melodies and concludes with a surprisingly intense breakdown reminiscent of early BadBadNotGood sounds.
